Apple Music/iTunes

I can download music on my phone but when I open my laptop to "download" it from the cloud it won't let me and just keeps popping up with:


"There were problems downloading some purchased items.

There was a problem downloading “(insert song title)". A secure network connection was terminated unexpectedly."


The error code its using is -9806.


I've ensured everything is updated, tried different wifi connections, basic restarts etc, made sure time/date is set correctly.


HELP.
