Visual voicemail setup iphone11

My Apple IPhone 11 only says call voicemail under the phone app. It says nothing about setting up or greeting options. Below is a screenshot what my voicemail screen looks like

Contact your carrier. Voicemail is a carrier feature, and they either do not support Visual Voicemail, or they don't have your account provisioned for an iPhone. They can get it setup.
