Why do I have a "red 2" on the Airdrop symbol on my iPhone 11 Pro Max? How do I get rid of it?

I just found the solution.

As I was sending a photo to another of my devices, the red dot with the number 2 came up as well.

Turned out, that is the number of devices near you, ready to receive data via AirDrop.

If you tap on the AirDrop icon, it will open a screen, showing you which persons or devices are in reach to receive your data via AirDrop. In my case, 2 other devices.
