My iPhone won’t let me click upgrade iCloud storage in settings so I can’t buy more storage

What happens when you try?

Are you a Family Sharing member?

Have you a valid payment method in your iPhone?

When I try to click upgrade nothing happens and no I don’t have a family plan n yea I do have a valid payment method
