I am trying to set up my AirPods to the find my iPhone app but I don’t know how to do it. Other websites have been saying to look at the listings and click your device but my device (AirPods) dosent show.

AIrPods will show on Find My iPhone and at www.icloud.com/find when they are on and connected to a paired iPhone. They will show up on that iPhone's iCloud.
