Keeps coming up with the below - any idea

I would start by visiting https://appleid.apple.com using a computer to verify that you can access your AppleID, it has no issues and your devices are associated to it. Then, with the knowledge that all is well with your credentials, you can diagnose thru where the phone is trying to connect and if there are any restrictions.
