Emails going to recipient's junk files irregularly

Several recipients of my emails are telling me that some - not all - emails from me go to their junk file. Is the problem on my end or theirs? Is there something I can do to ensure correct delivery?

It's their end. They've over active spam filters. And as you can't change the settings on your machine, no, there's nothing you can do.
