Connot connect to ICloud this is the Messages that shows to me.

Can somebody help me ?

From what I've read is that you're unable to get connected to iCloud. I'd be glad to help. Depending on your iOS devices, have you tried using another Wi-Fi connection or cellular connection? This article has some great resources and troubleshooting steps to take when you can't connect to Apple services: If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
