Error: There was a temporary problem completing your request. The network was reset. Make sure your network connection is active and try again. Does anyone know the solution? I have reset my home internet, it is working fine on all other devices. I have restarted the PC and still get this message. I do have McAfee Safe Connect installed as well.

Thanks so much for your reply. I retried my steps and rebooted my Netgear and using a my second wifi address that I use in the event my primary has an issue. That appeared to work and I was able to access the Store and my devices to back everything up.
