Back Up with iTunes

Hello,


I bought my new iPhone X and it is not connecting to my iTunes.

every time this message pops up:

iTunes could not connect to this iPhone. An unknown error occurred (0xE800000A)

anybody can help me with this issue?


Couldn't get back up due to this issue :(
