I buy a refurbished phone can i get a bill of original iPhone?

My question is if i buy a refyrbished mobile phone can i get a bill of original i phone with the pricing of original i phone?

Note that only Apple online sells Apple OEM refurbished devices. Nobody else sells Apple refurbished devices. Anyone but Apple selling refurbished devices uses some third party refurbisher, who may or may not do much of anything as part of their “refurbishment” process (some do little more than give it an external cleaning).

Apple refurbished products have a normal Apple online store receipt, come with a normal Apple one year warranty, and are eligible for AppleCare+.
