Hi, I just wanted to know: can I still see my notifications even if I’m signed out of the Messenger app on my phone?

If you are referring to Facebook Messenger, I would say no. Since you are not logged into the app, there is no place to receive messages if you are logged out. However to get the best answer, you may want to contact Facebook support.
