Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
After updating to iOS 15, i only recieve notifications about half the time from Messenger, and i can’t see the preview of whatever was sent to me, now the notification just says “You have a new notification” even after checking my settings to allow previews, I’ve already reinstalled and updated the app but still nothing has worked so far. Any help is appreciated!
Is this the FaceBook Messenger app that you are referring to? Please contact FaceBook Support for help with your question. More than likely, FaceBook will need to get their Messenger app updated and optimized for iOS 15.
