Messenger notifications

After updating to iOS 15, i only recieve notifications about half the time from Messenger, and i can’t see the preview of whatever was sent to me, now the notification just says “You have a new notification” even after checking my settings to allow previews, I’ve already reinstalled and updated the app but still nothing has worked so far. Any help is appreciated!
