Problem with roaming

I am from Poland. I came to Italy and my celluar network doesnt working.
I have roaming Turn on, but problem is on iPhone. What can I do?

It may be that your carrier does not have a roaming agreement with any one of the carriers in Italy. You need to find that out from your carrier.
