I cannot power off on my ipad. I can't enter my passcode when the keypad shows on the screen. This all started when voice over suddenly started up. I just recently allowed my ipad to upgrade. (sorry, I don't know all of the correct terminology).

The problem has been resolved by holding my finger on the passcode number and when it is circled, double tapping on it.
