I have tried SafeBoot. In safe move the MacOS works with the High Perf gpu only. The checkbox does change anything.
Also I have created a new user. And try to reproduce the issue.
The freezes stay much shorter. It stay slightly noticeable.
The GPU time of the WindowServer process grows same as on my main user.
I suspect the Android Studio application because this app is the first installed app after MacOS on my Mac.
Is there a way to temporary disable .kext Extensions?
