2019 Macbook Pro - weird squiggly lines on dark colors and screen flickering

So up until today i've had some flickering here and there at the bottom of the screen but it wasn't something that really bothered me. But today i was watching a show on my macbook and i noticed the dark colors were all weird, so i ran this test (pictured). Every bright color showed up normally but as soon as it got to black, this happened. Weird squiggly lines and splotches all over the screen. What is that all about?
