Even if you erase the iPad, it won't remove the activation Lock. As I posted earlier, you need to contact the previous owner and have them remove the phone from their account. If you can't do that, the iPad is worthless.

If there is a passcode lock, you can erase the phone. If you are seeing an Activation Lock, you need to contact the previous owner and have them remove the phone from their account. If you can't do that, the phone is worthless.

I have a passlock lock, but right after I enter it, it goes straight to Activation Block, and aks me for the apple ID and password, that I do not have, is there a procedure to erase the IPad?
