I dropped my iPhone XS max twice today on concrete both times. It cracked each time adding onto the small crack already there. My phone is now glitching and swiping through things on its own. what do I do?

You will want to contact Apple Support using the link in the upper right, or contact your preferred hardware service provider, and discuss your available options and associated prices. After the repair, I’d probably also look at an iPhone case, or at upgrading the current iPhone case.

The digitizer is failing. Apple’s fix involves a new screen assembly.
