View call history (incoming and outgoing) for past 2 months

I need to view my call history (incoming and outgoing) for the past 2 months (Dec 2019 and Jan 2020).

I can see a little history in the "Recent" tab in phone app (back to 9th Jan 2020), but I need to go back further (to early Dec 2019).

Can I view older history somehow?

Can I donwload or view it from iCloud? Google hits says it is possible, but they didn't explain how (other than logging into iCloud and viewing them - but I couldn't see any way to view them).
