Hi,I've got a magic Keyboard with numeric keypad linked to an iMac late 2012
I'm experiencing a low battery life
I've noticed that with very low usage ( 1 hour a day) after 3 days the battery percentage goes to 86%
Is it possible to verify if it is a battery issue or other ?

Yes, that's not normal. If you have an Apple Genius bar nearby you can take it in and see if they can run a check on it and maybe check the battery's state. Otherwise just plug it into a charger each night or into your Mac while you're using it occasionally.
Then we don't know if 86% is normal or not. Since I turn my keyboard off every night after about 8 course of use, it's only down to 97% after 2 -3 days.
Either turn it off at night or plug in to a USB on your Mac or a power brick at night.
It wasn’t a normal drain.
apple Genius Bar changed the keyboard and now after 3 weeks the battery has lost only 15%
Open Activity Monitor in Utilities>Energy tab, sort on Energy Impact, ten Preventing Sleep any listed?
Not that I'm aware of. Give the local Apple store a call as ask them.
To make a reservation at Genius Bar I need to comunicate the serial number. The online procedure doesn't go on because the serial number is not valid - I've found a string at the end of a lot a marks and description: F0T7466007ujkpla8
How is it possible a wrong marked serial number ?

The serial number of your Magic Keyboard is on the bottom surface of the device, along with other markings. It's a string of 17 letters and numbers.
Are those 0s or Os ?

How new is the keyboard? Did you get it at the same time as the iMac? Does it have rechargeable batteries or replaceable batteries?
Do you turn off the keyboard at night?
I don't turn off the keyboard . it is the latest magic keyboard with numeric keypad and integrated lithium battery
The keyboard is 2 years old
What was the usage when your first got the keyboard assuming the use was about the same then as it is today?
