If the software is updated, go to the App Store, and check to see if you have any app updates available. If so, follow these steps to Update apps or use automatic downloads
If the issue persists, please send over the following information:
- What version of the iOS software do you currently have installed on your device? You can find this in Settings > General > About.
- Do you subscribe to Apple Music?
- How was music added to this device? Was it purchased, downloaded via Apple Music, or added via another source?
