Moving music in Library
Some of my music in Artists is stored by Albums.
I want to take each individual tracks out of Albums and store them by Artists name.

Open iTunes and right click one of the songs in you music library (or "Edit" from the menu bar) and then "Song Info". In the dialog box that opens (about halfway down) you will see a compilation checkbox. Uncheck that box and then you can play with the sorting tab in the same dialog box if you need to. (I'm doing this from my Mac, but I believe it is basically the same on a PC.)
This is a pretty old article, but you may want to see the "Missing Artist or Album not with others by same artist" section in:

I'm not sure WHY you want to doc this. You can sort the music in your iTunes Library by either Artist or Album. If the album is part of a compilation and you want to break it up, see:

Thanks for your response but this nothing to do with CD's.
I recently purchased two Kenny Rogers songs and as they are from the same album they have been stored on my computer under
Artists
Various Artists
Album name.
I want to take these two songs and store then under -
Artists
Kenny Rogers
Can you help me with is, please.
Although the titles of the articles I cited say CDs, they apply to your music library in general. (They were the closest I could find as to what I thought might help you.). See one of the articles for how to set/unset the compilation flag.
Sorry but the info you have sent is not helpful.
The compilation flag seems to appear only with a CD inserted.
I can only repeat - How do I move a song from an album filed under the album title in Various Artists in my Library to a file in the artist's name?
