iMessage Apps
My iMessage apps are not working. I’ll open iMessage, and when I try to click on #images, gamepigeon, Animoji or any other iMessage app, it does not open.

Are you able to access the App Store for iMessages or manage your iMessage apps showing in the app drawer?
Use iMessage apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
If you're not able to access either of those features, I'd like to have you try the steps below next. Test if you can open an iMessage app after each step:
- Update your iPhone to the latest iOS, which is currently iOS 13.3.1: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Force the Messages app to quit: How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone
