IOS Shortcuts Personal Automation Contacts Birthdays not working.

I've created a contact to test the "Find Contacts with Birthdays" feature in the IOS Shortcuts App. As you can see, her birthday is Jan 30 1990.

The contact also shows up on my Calendar so I know my phone recognizes her Birthday.

When I tried creating and running an automation I selected Shortcuts > Personal Automation > "Time of Day 9am"

Then I tried finding all contacts with birthdays on Jan 30 2020, but nothing came up.

I thought maybe it had to do with the year since "year" can't be blank, so I then tried finding all contacts with birthdays on Jan 30 1990, but no contacts came up then either.

Today's Date (when I was running this automation) was January 25 2020.

So I should be able to find her birthday in the next 7 Days because it is on January 30th just like my calendar showed above. This also does not work.

I thought maybe I misunderstood the counting function, so I tried a simple test of finding all contacts named "Chloe" (I KNOW there's only one, the test one I created) and this showed up correctly.

So I wanted to know, how does the "Find all contacts with Birthday ___________" actually work? Is it broken? Am I using it incorrectly? Is this a bug? How is it actually meant to be used?

iPhone SE, iOS 13
