Missing album art in iTunes store
Under the header in the iTunes store it only shows gray squares, no album artwork. It's in 4 other areas scrolling down the page. Any solutions to this problem?

Hello earlfromkailua-kona
Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities for help with the album art showing gray boxes. This can be related to display settings.
Windows 10:
1. Right-click on the desktop
2. Select Display Settings.
3. Change the 'Change the size of text, apps, and other items' to 100%
4. Log out
5. Test on next login.
Windows 7, 8 or 10:
1. Press Windows + R key
2. Enter 'dpiscaling.exe' without the quotes and click OK in the Run window
3. Look for a setting like 'Change the size of text, apps, and other items' - usually expressed as a percentage (125% - 200%)
4. Set the setting to 100%
5. Log out
6. Test on next login.
Please note that the log out step is mandatory for any of the other steps to apply on next use of iTunes. Thanks and have a wonderful day.

That does work. The artwork is back in those areas. It does make things harder to read but I will just change the settings when I log into iTunes. Thanks so much for your help.
