i lost my iPhone , no i haven't set up the cloud yet because i just got it .is there anyway for u guys to help?

I understand that you have lost your new iPhone without having the opportunity to set up an Apple ID and thus it was not activated on the Find My [Device] app. In this case, I am afraid that you will have to look for and find your iPhone physically. You will not be able to use any technology to track or find it. I wish you all the best.
