passcode
Facial recognition is suddenly not working on my iPhone 11 this morning and it is asking me for my "passcode." The numbers I have been using are not being accepted. What do I do?

First of all, follow all the steps provided here:--> If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support
If you get no improvements, and if you forgot the passcode, these are the instructions to remove the old passcode: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled
