All of a sudden my phone would not let me use facial recognition or even my passcode. If I tapped a number a fast paced woman’s voice would read me back the number and the letters associated with that number. I tried turning it off and on but that didn’t work

A friend help me with it but basically what happened was I activated the accessibility shortcut by pressing the power button probably three times
I found out I had done something to my accessibility by accident and had to change that and once it was changed it worked again
