Brand new mac pro 13 shuts down and can't start back

My brand new mac pro 13" which i purchased yesterday shuts down unexpectedly (did it twice already, first time at 83% of charge, and 2nd time at 90% of charge) and can't restart back until i plug the charger.

Can someone please advise?
