if someone shared album with me (my icloud account), can my family members see it or have access for it ?!

can an album i share with someone be re shared by that person to somebody else? If I share an album with my cousin, can she then share it to other relatives so that they can then contribute to that album or do I have to invite each person from my device, thank you.

The owner of the album must invite them by Apple ID.

If the album is also a public website, then all can access.
