If you don't have a physical Apple TV device then you would need a compatible TV from the list above. If you don't then you would need to use a Roku or Fire TV device, with compatible models also appearing on that list.
Apple TV+ is only available on Apple devices. You would need one of these connected to the TV: https://www.apple.com/apple-tv-4k/. You’re smart TV wouldn’t support it on its own.
