Incorrect location identification

I live in the East Midlands in the UK but sometimes when I log in with apps I get a notification via email that there has been a new logon in the Netherlands. Also, when I try to use my app for Costa coffee it won’t work as it thinks I’m outside of the UK. I’ve been through every setting I can think of and they’re all set to UK. I’ve tried logging out and back in to some of them to no avail. Can anyone help?

I reviewed my VPN software and sure enough it was set to the Netherlands. I’ve changed it to UK and the problem is solved
