When I follow your link and get to App Store to download the 10.13 High Sierra installer I get this message (see attached)? What to do next?
Toss it into the Trash and redownload. Be sure you have a fast and reliable Internet connection. If you have Ethernet, then use it rather that Wi-Fi.
