I mistakenly signed into my ID for my partners new IPhone, have been trying to clear it to accommodate her to get an ID but there is no invatation to setup and new ID. At the moment her name and e-mail come up in the ID with a request for a password that does not exist. Can we remove this ID in order to start the process over?

You also need to remove the iPhone from your own account.

You need to sign out of the ID to remove it.
Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
