New iphone11Pro fails to set up and install ios13.3

Having bought a brand new iphone 11 Pro for 1350 USD it is extremely disappointing to see how buggy all the software is.

The phone fails auto-set up and import of all the data from icloud due to failure to install ios13.3.

Hard reset does not help, erasing the phone and trying to set it up again does not help. Plugged it to mac and tried installing the software via itunes, but that crashed as well. Utterly disappointing.
