May i use Anker powerport +1 A2013 (MFi certified) with iPhone X?

is it fast and safe as Apple 12w adapter?

iPhone X, iOS 13

Hello,

If it is MFi certified, it should be OK. As to speed, it would depend on the number of Watts:

Fast charge your iPhone - Apple Support

Identify counterfeit or uncertified Lightning connector accessories
