Downgrading storage plan

I can’t hit “done” to save a change to storage management. I have been paying 99 cents each month for storage. This is not needed on the IPhone 11.

Yes, I have tried the steps. I am able to see the page of selections for monthly fees. When I opt for the free selection, my I phone 11 does not allow the choice to be saved. My only option is to cancel. Thus, the monthly fee can’t be deleted.
