An unauthorized debit was made on my Mastercard from iTunes and I've contacted my bank and they were able to refund me on one of the transactions cos they were two transactions but they told me to contact iTunes to be able to get the second refund but I don't know how to contact iTunes support.

The purchase was unauthorized and it's not in the list of my subscription. The debit on my card occurred twice and one of the debit has been reverted. I also cannot contact apple support through the channels you provided because of my location.
Kindly direct me on how to contact apple support besides those channels you listed because my region is not listed on them.
