Blacked out camera, no sound

My iPhone 8 hasn't worked since the iOS 13 update. My camera is a black screen. Also absolutely no sounds work. Not even the vibration for the home button works. I can make calls, although it does not ring, I can hear people as soon as they answer and begin speaking. I can only play music through bluetooth. The phone seems to be aware of the issue because if I attempt to play a song or video without using bluetooth, it tries for about 5 seconds and then just says "not playing". I've done everything I can think of, including a full factory reset. The same issues remain. Anyone have this issue and know how to fix it?
