Sites you do visit can load cookies for other sites, as can apps and extensions that have been loaded.

It’s also possible that another local user might have visited those sites, if more than person is using this login.

Download and run EtreCheck, and then open a reply here and click on the button that looks like a printed page to get a text input box big enough to paste the hardware and software configuration report here.

As the 2nd article points out, they are capable of regenerating after deletion with files that go to many parts of the system.

Safari/Browsers – can’t delete cookies

Evercookie

The myth of the dangerous cookie

Quit Safari.

In Finder go to Go menu and then Go to Folder.

Copy and paste this ~/Library/Safari/Databases.

Delete the contents of the folder.

Launch Safari again and check if all is ok.

If that doesn’t work, copy and paste this ~/Library/Safari/LocalStorage.

Delete the contents of the folder.

Then go to Safari/History and delete any entries for the related websites.

Test.

Remove eset, remove that YouTube downloader, and try again.

I don’t know specifically about eset, but some other major anti-malware apps are data collection apps, collecting every click, every purchase. And anti-malware has caused weird issues.

You’re probably going to have to either track the cookies from each site as you browse and see which one adds this, or maybe enable and use an ad-blocker. An app which almost inherently tracks activity.
