I recently purchased a new apple device and was offered free Apple tv for 1 year. I have received an email telling me to apply and I have clicked in the appropriate place three times but it is not taking me further. Help please.

If you purchased a qualifying device (Mac, iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch) from Apple or an authorized reseller then you would sign in on that new device and once in the TV app select the Apple TV Plus icon to claim the offer. Refurbished or open box items from other sellers would not count, and previous subscribers would not be able to claim the offer.
If you have verified the above and it's still not working then contact Apple support.
