Problem solved: restrictions for mobile data were on...
I have an old IPhone with version 12.4.4. Since today, the icon of the mobile internet network is gray. And so are the icons of all my apps on the phone.
I cannot turn it on. I’ve got enough data on my package, reset the network settings. Restarted the device, turned airplane mode off and on, checked mobile internet settings on my SIM card... Does anyone know how to turn it back on?

The photo may not be clear enough, but mobile data network was off. But it turned out I had a restriction on mobile data changes under content & privacy restrictions. I changed that, and now the issue is solved.

Actually your screen shot shows both WiFi and Cellular are ON. Airplane mode and Bluetooth are OFF.
Try turning the device off and back on.
What specific issue are you experiencing or trying to solve? Are you able to access anything (for example when you have WiFi off)?
