Can't connect to internet using cellular

I have problem with safari on my phone. I can't open any website pages using cellular and get this message: safari cannot open the page because your iphone is not connected to the internet." I can check email, Facebook, Instagram, etc. I have tried turning off and back on, reset internet settings, turned on and off airplane mode. Please help!! I have an iPhone 11 pro. This just started a few days ago.

If you have an add-on VPN client app, remove it, restart your iPhone, and test again.
