I tried creating an account to watch movies and the next morning I was spammed with messages in my calendar about protecting my phone. Along with other messages there was the same link in all of them. I’m worried about getting a virus but I deleted everything in my calendar on settings and my search history and cookies.

It is not a virus. You allowed a bogus site to send you “Notifications”.
