Thanks for taking your time to post in Apple Support Communities. I see that you're seeing a notification badge on your Settings app, and I'd like to help.
If your iPhone is up to date with the iOS and you are seeing a badge notification in the Settings app, it's very possible that it's notifying you to complete setting up your phone.
Did you skip setting up Siri, Apple Pay, or any of the other choices that you were presented with the initial activation of your iPhone?
If you decide not to set these up in the initial activation and tap on the "Set up later in Settings", you will see a badge to complete the setup of the phone for a few times of opening the phone.
