I keep receiving a call from 800-800-2*** saying there has been a breach on my apple account. I haven’t received any emails confirming this. Just wanted to make sure if this is a scam or not?

It's a scam, disregard it. It's been going on for a long time. They call everyone even people PCs.
Those calls are without a doubt SCAM calls. Apple will never cold call a customer with that, or any other information.
