I have been charged £10.99 monthly for subscription for Amazon music something that I thought was a free trial and also something that I never used Can I get a refund

Can I receive a refund for a subscription that I did not want? I have recently received a billing of £12.99 for YouTube music, but I was only aware that I was on the free version of YouTube music and I did not subscribe to it therefore I do need a refund on this ASAP. Subscription Today i had accidentally purchased a monthly subscription of £5.99 for Amazon Prime Video , i had cancelled it but i thought the first month for free but it had taken money of my bank account and i would immediately like to receive a refund. I had purchased this through the Itunes store , i had spoken to Customer Service Amazon and they had told me to speak to you about getting a refund for it. I would like to get a refund as soon as possible
