my account is disabled and won’t let me download any apps and i don’t know how to fix it

i can’t download any apps because my account says it’s disabled and i don’t have any clue why it’s disabled or any clue on how to fix it.

iPhone 11, iOS 13

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
