Under Recents, only outgoing and missed calls are listed

The Recents will have two tabs. ALL and MISSED.

The ALL tab has all of the calls. Incoming, Outgoing and Missed. Outgoing have a call out symbol next to them. Incoming has no symbol and the Missed calls are in red.

The MISSED tab has only the missed calls.

Try Force ReStarting your iPhone and see if that fixes it. Force restart iPhone - Apple Support . Have someone call you after you have Force ReStarted your iPhone and check.

Under recents, On the top of the screen, it should say “All” and “Missed”. Touch “All”.

And when you press the Missed calls it doesn't show anything at all?
